After  conspiracy made against former legitimate first vice president Dr Riek Machar Dhurgon by president Salva Kiir Miyardit and former SPLM IO Chief negotiator Taban Deng Gai in juba last year, the so called SPLM IO Crown Hotel under Taban realised that their conspiracy to assassinate Dr. Machar had failed subsequently, they resorted to irrelevent approaches in order to repudiate the ongoing consultations by the IGAD to resuscitate the 2015 ARCISS that had collapsed in July 2016.

Unrest occurs when Taban Deng Gai heard about separate consultation meeting that took place between Dr Riek Machar and IGAD in south Africa which SPLM IO spokesman described as fruitfull, Taban Deng Gai realised that his coup has failed totally and he has to do something either to join jieng council regime under president Salva Kiir Miyardit or go anywhere for his safety.

The first plan that came to his mind after he failed to implement the collapsed signed peace agreement is integration of his militiamen in liech state into Jieng Council Regime in Juba.

There is no doubt that Taban Deng is joining president Kiir Miyardit Government, the whole SPLM IO under Machar has confirmed to international community before that Taban Deng had defected and joined Juba Government and if the world paid attention to SPLM IO Chairman man Dr.Riek Machar during that time, South Sudan would have not been n in this situation right now. There is no government in place as Taban Deng and Kiir Miyardit used to say, instead of prolonging the suffering of South Sudanese .

president Salva Kiir Miyardit and Taban should be blamed for the destruction and killing, looting of south sudan property.Dr Machar Dhorgon needs to be released so that he can resuscitate the collapsed peace agreement togather with other warring Parties for the sake of peace to prevail in youngest nation ( South Sudan ).
