Centre for peace and justice (CPJ) coordinator condemns the killing Along Juba- Bor road 

Juba – the coordinator of centre for peace and justice(CPJ) Tito Anthony has condemned in the strongest term possible the killing of nine innocent civilians along feeder roads by unknown armed elements

He calls upon security sectors leadership to intervene and deploy more security forces along feeder roads to protect our civil population. 

He further urges the government to investigate and bring to book the perpetrators.

Crimes rates along highways have been scaling up in many roads in the country

The highway men have taken advantage of the current war and with exacerbated economic plight in the country make things worse. Rampant killing and looting of helpless community properties has become order of the day.
