SPLA head of military court resigned; said regime “too deformed to be reformed”

Juba – The head of SPLA military court, Col. LLB Khalid Ono Loki, has resign from the SPLA sayingthe army is ethnicised and too deformed to be reformed.

He accused Gen. Paul Malong of spoiling SPLA by bridging and undermining the established courts in the SPLA, forming separate, tribal and illitrate committee of unqualified judges all in trying to protect his tribes men.
