Nhial Bol, former renowned veteran Journalist, to launch a new Political Party

Juba – The former Editor-in-chief of the Citizen newspaper, Mr. Nhial Bol Aken, will launch a new political party in the Country after quitting his journalistic career citing that his life was under threat.

The new Political party will be known as “SAWA SAWA Party” to add to the list of over twenty political parties in the Country.

One of the main objective of the party will be to fighting corruption and as well as enlightening the grassroots level population on the political structure of the Country.

In an interview this morning with Miraya Breakfast Show of the UN affiliated Radio Miraya, Nhial said the party was suppose to have been launched over the weekend but some issues were not completed: One of which was the permit for launching the party and other as the incomplete preparation on the site of the launching which, according to him, is elsewhere in the Country and not in Juba.
